| Apologies - going back to Jim's original post I see he clearly mentions travelling into London, the error is on my part. Still frustrates me that whilst other posters can see that simple misunderstanding and clarify the position in a polite or jocular way, Jim insults me on both a personal and professional level. As posters say, the towers are clearly visible heading up the eastbound sliproad and where the merge takes place. My personal view (one I expressed before seeing the Officer report or the comments from statutory highway consultees) is that the towers are sufficiently far away from that point not to cause a distraction if a driver is driving with due care and attention. |
