| I wonder how they will divide up the revenue from the advertising on each block if there are private owners in a block? Surely each block is funded and financed and managed individually (costs for external window fitting for example isn’t shared by people in another block, I assume) so any revenue should be kept for the blocks use, not for financial gain by an organisation to use elsewhere? What financial implications will this have for private owners? How will it affect the maintenance charges – can private owners look forward to huge reductions from the revenue generated by their blocks management company? |
