| Oh dear, I really do give up. The application, so I've read on the report, is for a static display, so the reference to "anything flashing red or white" isn't appropriate. The sliproad is one lane, no two lanes. At the point the sliproad merges with the M4 the most western tower is at least 90 degrees to your left, to see it you'd be looking out the passenger window. Why, when I am on a one lane sliproad merging with traffic on my right, would I be concentrating on what is behind me on my left and is several hundreds metres away ?. Honestly, I am lost for words. By all means complain about the decision, but at least do so on proper and fair arguments to give your concerns credibility. |
