| I think this land may have been bomb damaged. When I was a child (quite some time ago) I remember having some class mates (The Kennedys) that lived there in, I think, prefabs which were on that site. That would have been in the middle to late 50s. I think the small block of flats was built in place of the prefabs. Very few people had cars in those days. Not sure when the flats or garages went up. |
