| When I commented about the 'Brentford is full' line I obviously meant Brentford as a whole, I didn't mean this specific site - does rather annoy me when people deliberately take a comment wout of context. Just going back to one of my earlier posts, whether the Council have "an agenda" or nor isn't a material planning consideration. If the Council want to flog off the site for development so that it benefits from a short-term cash injection then, in planning terms, so be it, that cannot come into consideration when the application is being determined. You might not like it, but that's the way it is, and thus it is a waste of paper and ink if anyone objects to the proposal on anything other than a material planning consideration - which of course include issues that you touch upon in your final paragraph. |
