| Thanks Adam for your contribution. My comments are as follows: The garages are in St. Paul's conservation area. If any of the garages in an area are underused then they should be relet by the council to vehicle owners for the specific purpose of storing their own vehicle. There are plenty of takers - such garages have been described as 'gold dust' and are difficult to get hold of. Judging from the previous lack of awareness among residents of either this development proposal or a similar proposal to demolish garages off Lateward road, the council does not appear to be applying 'good practice/courtesy' in this case.
