I know that I too have made some complaints that have not yet received a response. It would surprise no-one to hear that there has been a lot of contact from residents about some of the recent failures. It is for that reason, in my case, that I have not chased in way that I would have done during more normal circumstances. Would you be kind enough to send me the reference numbers you received - either on the forum, as a PM or an email - and I will look into the matter and provide an explanation on the forum for why you did not receive a response in a reasonable period. |
