| Well - none of my emails to the Council were answered so today I put my 'overflowing' white plastics bag out again, as did all my neighbours. Needless to say it was still there tonight - so inside it goes again!!!. So much for Hounslow's Environment Dept replying to complaints/queries or advising customers what to do. Cllr Mark Bowen assures us too that the Council's E-form complaints system works. I've got news for you Mark - it doesn't. |
