That implies that the total incompetence of those overseeing the scheme could land residents with a £100 hike in council tax. They are as useless as bankers and should be dismissed before they can walk off with taxpayer funded benefits pensions or bonuses. I've walked the neighbourhood this evening and it looks like a tornado hit it. The mess is hazardous in various forms. The onus is entirely on residents. Countless furnishings are going to be ruined in homes that have no rear access and nowhere to keep all this stuff in inclement weather. It will be dripping in s*** in the rain and stink to high heaven in the hot weather. This is fine for home with driveways or side access or with half decent gardens but for flats, maisonettes and terraced housed without rear access this method is about as hopeless as the wheelie bins. How nobody thought about this and considered solutions prior to implementation is beyond me. |
