| Yes Barbara apologised, but why wasn't a pilot run first in one area? This would have given the chance to assess the bulk to be expected, as I am sure the plastic must be overwhelming judging by what we recycle. Then after getting the pilot right the system could have been rolled out over a reasonable period of time to the whole borough. Bearing in mind also that SITA were given their marching orders previously for providing a crap service, lessons should have been learned. |
