| Well there is a moral to this sorry tale of course, which is that if you want no Council Tax increase you need to contract as much out as you can to the cheapest bidder, you only ever get what you pay for in this world and generally if you buy cheap you buy twice. See that the ruling twerps have also contracted out the Pension scheme administration to Crapita, well won't that be fun. This is only the start, this lot won't rest until everythng possible has been contracted out - the Norman Tebbit theory of local government, meet once a year to hand out the contracts.Disgusting. |
