| That sums up the deep professionalism (not) of some who hold down jobs funded by taxpayers. If this were a private business and someone responsible went on holiday when a new system is being implemented they would be sacked and no-one would ever employ them in the same field. The helpline is constantly engaged from 8-5. Indicative that all is not well. How can Hounslow get this so pisspoor and yet just up the road in Ealing it works perfectly? Fingers in pies? Totally incompetent management and staff? I wonder if Corals will take bets? |
