Hi Jon, Many thanks for your explanation also the minutes it is very much appreciated. It would appear that the S106 expenditures were more important, if the first vote had been accepted as it should have been then the S106 obviously would not have been available,is that right? I am in total agreement with you as to why the spokes person for Thames Water was accepted and our own officers were ignored. I don't know if this is acceptable but why cannot the Council pose a levy on future Private and Housing Associations accommodation going up and utilize that money on Mogden, after all so many flats mean so much more sewerage which means the stench gains momentum. Even a little at a time shows some progress and gives residents hope. I went through Whiton yesterday with my daughter we had the car windows open which were quickly shut, the smell was appalling. |
