Hi John As advised to yourself yesterday, I am awaiting confirmation from solicitors on what information can be released at this time. As also advised the information requested of LBH by solicitors, which underlies the the public presentation of findings by the surveyor appointed by Thames Water, was only released by LBH late on Friday night. Minutes of the meetings of the steering committee which took place on 7 and 25 October were also only released late on Friday night despite repeated requests. These unacceptable delays do residents no favours and in my opinion call into question the chairing and behaviour of the committee. Perhaps you could ask the Lead Member for Environment why this information was witheld for so many weeks and why it was only released after hours on a Friday night? The biggest question is also why residents were at no time consulted on ongoinf issues and why no resident group was invited to join the Steering Committee? Perhaps ypu could ask this question too as although Barry Edwards raised this qusetion repeatedly on 3 November, his protests have conveniently been omitted from the minutes! |
