| And......interesting too that, although residents advised the SDC that the correct way to determine Thames' planning application for expansion would be to defer such decision until the High Court Judge had made his decision on the allegations of mismanagement and negligence at Mogden, the SDC bullishly and arrogantly declared that the litigation had nothing to do with the Council. Strange now isn't it that in the LBH v Thames Water statutory nuisance case the Magistrate's approach is to adjourn the case until February 2011 and to agree directions only once judgment in the residents' High Court case has been handed down? Yet more evidence of Thames' laughing all the way at the easy manipulation of a dim-witted Tory led SDC. Duh - and they couldn't see it coming? You couldn't make it up. |
