If the LBOH traffic officers had designed getting rid of the rat run correctly, you wouldn’t need a school street.

You wait there is going to be on hell of a back lash against  the government for dreaming this up this scheme.

You can also depend on LBOH to take the ETO closure measures to the extreme.

It’s just a shame that the local councillors are the ones to take the flak of the officers badly designed schemes, and there plenty of them.
