I have relatives there who are elderly so drive over to take them stuff every week.

This is quiet most of the day and the biggest problem is vans and trucks using the route.  Except in the peaks. So why is it not just a peak time tidal closure at the A4 Junction?

The the rest of the day residents and their visitors can be able to get on with things.
