| I'm clearly in the wrong job, as having rented a flat in one of Brentford's recent development since it was built in summer 2002, suffice to say I/we have nothing like enough to buy anything like the 'family home' type property which would suit our needs/desires, and barring a lottery win/big betting success the reality is we will never have the kind of money to buy such a property in any part of London we like. Which I guess illustrates the problems, but the problem is I can't see how the planning system can solve what is fundamentally a problem of any capitalist economy. |
