| Err nope, as I've often said on this forum my view is that at the very earliest Kew should only be applied when a development/hotel etc. is actually on Kew Bridge Road rather than the High Street. But nevertheless it isn't a breach of any legislation (as far as I know, Trade Descriptions Act maybe) for any marketing 'guru' to name a place without accurately reflecting its surroundings - although I should stress as a mere planner I have never been involved in the naming of any development I'm been involved in. |
