I've submitted three - the first was simply ignored.  When I submitted the next two I was told that they did not intend to treat them as FOIA requests but they did supply the information requested (including the redacted responses to the St John's Centre consultation).  In all three cases the council failed to follow their own procedures or the requirements of the act.  But I don't suppose anyone here is surprised by that.
