| Bela I promised you that Phil Andrews would misrepresent my previous posting. He never disappoints! As you can see, Phil has a problem with the fact that I live in Southall. It is hardly surprising that he has a problem with the town (after all, he did spend twelve years in the National Front). Yet Southall is part of the London borough of Ealing - and that is where my council tax goes to. And guess what? Ealing has joint responsibility for the park! So I am entitled to express my point of view. Phil ends by complaining that the park is something that doesn't affect his own ward and seems to question why he should get involved - yet both he and his colleague Paul Fisher are quite happy to attack you for "scaremongering" on the issue. By the way, his comment regarding the Ivybridge AGM is untruthful. I was emailed by a non-politically affiliated nearby local resident on that issue and merely posted a comment congratulating Al-ayoby for being elected chair (on the grounds that he is best at representing people from diverse backgrounds). Phil immediately accused me of undermining Al-ayoby and now, quite hilariously, claims that I've got my fingers "burnt" on this issue. The truth is, Phil is still smarting because he has lost political control of the estate. To Phil, everything is about "control". |
