This inconvenient fact will not deter Ann Keen or her followers from trying to create an issue where none exists.
"You call it dishonesty, we call it politics" - do you remember that rather candid statement at Borough Council during the debate which followed the Hanworth Park by-election (yet another contest in which the Hounslow New Labour strategy proved to be such a resounding success)?
Ann Keen is a person completely without shame, we all know that already, but what needs to be remembered is that she would not be in the position she is in today without the consistent support and endorsement of others around her. Her mentality is simply reflective of that of the group of which she is a member.
One only has to witness the postings on here from certain individuals which ritually either excuse, deny or try to distract attention from her completely unjustifiable expense claims to be aware of the kind of forces that are at work here.
What both your party and our group are involved in here, in our own separate ways, is not a political battle but a moral one. It is this knowledge which serves to drive and inspire us.
