| The wording of this is very carefully chosen and is nowhere near to being a commitment not to build on the park. Despite Cllr. Andrew's determination to make this a party political issue the way Bela has thrown the spotlight on the way in which the powers that be have sought to make important decisions without the involvement of the community has the approval of park users across the political spectrum. |
