| There is a community around the site, and owners of the site, of which you have moored your boats within. The community does not go away, or get lost, it just changes. Are you saying you think your few boats are a single community when you can actually take your boat and move around the corner? According to Rightmove one of the largest boats taking up possibly 2 moorings with 7 bedrooms, was on the market for £500,000 a short while ago, should it not have moved as part of the sale? Just a thought. |
