| The Plans were supported because the plans were not fully exposed for what is really going to happen. An good example of the slight of hand at work here is the pretty drawings of the Councils plan does not show even, one pile and it's effects on the view. They intend to drive in 900+ piles into the River bed, not to mention the concrete apron... Of course this will become a major visual feature in the future for all visitors to the Park. The River frontage will look like a pincushion of piles as one looks out over the River. The word 'horrible' comes to mind... |
