| I do wonder what responsibility is expected of LBH and is it to the boat, or person or people. What would their responsibility be if the boat were a business? I actually hate the idea of closing in the river bank especially with all the high rise around that small piece of green land but I assume that there is little point in holding such an opinion because it seems the Council maketh the one decision and everyone must stand behind it. The trees and undergrowth at the end of the park should all be left. If anyone wants a parking space for a car or motorbike then surely that could be negotiated into the car parking spaces allowed when the Watermans tower block rises..... |
