| I am quite frustrated that having bagged a space at The Watermans, at the expense of all river users, that you think you should have ongoing use, exclusively. How about river users having the chance to win a place there by fair ballot, should subsidised or fair rents be applied to the moorings? Are you expecting your boats to win a mooring and therefore you could gain by renting out or selling? How does this work? Will the moorings be in essence, shared so only given to a named person who has to reside there, and only for a period of time? Surely the river is open to all and you have struck lucky stopping other boat users from using the land up until now? Just interested. |
