| Thanks Vanessa - what stands out from the response is that it essentially acknowledges that the problems that we all identified from the very first day of this change hadn't been foreseen by Officers...which is rather worrying when those issues were so bloody obvious !. Also, when I see a sentence like "Clearly at this time you are not happy with the scheme but I would kindly ask that your comments are made in a manner that officers feel they can engage comfortably with you" I can't help but shake my head in despair at this apparent reluctance to accept justified criticism - it's not like any of us have dished out a tirade of obscenities or such like. |
