| Emission Analytics published a piece yesterday on the impact of cold starts on emissions and the length of time it takes for the pollution control systems to become effective. http://emissionsanalytics.com/why-cold-starts-could-freeze-air-pollution-improvements/ Diesels don't appear to be appropriate for short trips around town and it is right to discourage them in London. |
