| The point for me is based on principal not money. CPZ parking permits have been introduced recently across the borough for residents to park their cars large or small old or new, not to raise additional revenue for the council. I believe that this is just another stealth tax being forced down our throats and were told to like it or lump it. The council representive's statement made in an earlier post trying to justify the changes as the council doing their bit for the environment stinks of hypocrisy. The next council elections can't come too soon for me. With the exception of Guy Lambert I'm not voting for any of the current duffers. |
