I have no pavement outside my house and the road is wide enough for one car. The pavement opposite is one paving stone wide. People often walk in the road here. In a listed house in a conservation area there are many restrictions to which we have to adhere. It's making a nonsense of these restrictions then to destroy the look with wheelie bins and the atmosphere with the smell of two weeks rubbish. Of course we could put the bins in the road - it would at least oblige drivers to slow down....Is any councillor reading this?
