| Its Locata now Sarah. Why cant Housing Benefit say OK you live in the 3 bed House on your own but we will only pay for a 1bed Rate so you will have to pay the rest or do a "Downsize" and get £1,000 per room. Don't you think people like my cousin will not like that and Move out or get in Arrears and the Council can go for a eviction to get the Property back either way the Council wins!! Its sad really its a Very large 3 bed House with front and Back Garden just what a Family could do with and there is 1 person in there who is hardly there. |
