| Firstly i am Shocked that a person offering to give up a 2 bed property as waited so long is she registered on the down sizing scheme where she will get £1000 for giving up a Room? My Mum and Mother in law gave up larger properties and downsized and was out and in new Properties within a Few Months as Hounslow Homes do everything they can to get you out and Re housed so they can get their hands obn larger properties. Secondly i agree LOCATA is Crap i have ben on it for 7yrs and got Nothing its true if you are in Band A you have a chance but C and d well if u are in C u do have i would say a 5% chance off being lucky within 1oyrs of being on LOCATA in Band D FORGET IT!!!! |
