| Labour, and the Tories are silent. Whether it kicks in now for Hounslow is for tenants to find out, but it's coming for some. I forgot to mention that not only are service charges sometimes the reason for people becoming eligible for benefits but so also is mortgage interest. The two MAY be added together bringing yet more people into the net. Lots of 1980s right to buy people, now grannies, don't know about this and you could check that out with your friends who may be struggling. They even can be eligible for back payments. |
