| Mr Knox You say (extract) 'I note the Tories have been exceedingly silent on the point that Social tenants rents will be going up above the rate of inflation in April by is it 6%?' As far as our HH properties are concerned, please see LBH Borough Council papers dated 2/3/10 page 276 'The average increase to LBH tenants when including all service charges is 1.57%; equivalent to an increase of £1.30 per week.'
