| A near neighbour who lives in a 3 bed house on her own has been trying to get a move via Locata for almost two years, she is of an age where she would qualify for sheltered property. She tells me that as a reasonably fit and relatively youngish(compared to some)person that if someone turns up who is ancient and not so fit she always loses out. Is the type of property that you are moving from not a factor? After all she would be giving up a family size property with a garden, which must be as rare as hen's teeth. She never hears anything so sits where she is - seems a mad system. |
