| Many thanks Colin for your explanation I really do appreciate it, could you perhaps explain to me who finance the Housing Associations and why not the Councils also who in effect actually own the Housing Associations. I always hear about them as a whole ownership is never attributed to any one person.Also there used to be a stipulated time that you lived in your Council Property 3 years comes to mind before you could sell, that seems to have gone out the window. Also permission was not given to people who had just or recently moved in. |
