It is a waste of time trying to ascertain who is responsible. The answer is very simple. Everyone who is concerned should walk into Morrisons, demand to see the manager, and tell him/her that you will boycott the store because the parking area is a disgrace. Follow up your discussion with the manager by emailing the CEO and informing him of your decision to boycott the store, direct him to the numerous threads on this forum about the issue and people's concerns and ask him what he intends to do about it. Ask him to ptrovide you with a date when it will be 'safe' for you to resume spending at his Brentford store. Its up to him to find out who is responsible and get it sorted out to your satisfaction - or lose your custom. |
