Bye bye filthy bins... you've been a disgusting eye sore for so long and a health hazard.  You "Council and Councillor lot" obviously never did National Service otherwise would know that such places should kept spick and spam.

Wasn't somebody responsible to give the bins a disinfectant wash and brush up each week. No.. thought not.
Brentford and Hounslow recycling presentation. FAILED!

Thank you Morrison's for allowing the Council to use your space over the years. The Council's Announcement Notices fail to thank Morrison's and even pointedly suggest that their Head Office was to blame....as other posters on this thread have already mentioned.
