| Looking at the photographs of this recycling site at Morrisons with rubbish and mess spilling everywhere, it seems pretty apparent that LBH are not immediately replacing full bins with new (clean!!!) empty bins. Alternatively, there are insufficient number of bins provided in the first place. The temptation must be if you've tottered down there with a mass of bottles after a party, to just leave them at the side of the bin if it is full and overflowing. You certainly don't want to take them all back home where your own domestic recycling box is already full and the recycling lorries are not due for another 6 days. |
