If the UK Government demands that Local Authorities reach recycling targets or face financial penalties (passed on to Borough Residents in one form or another)..it's about time Hounslow Council paid greater attention to this responsibility. Waste is a big subject. The whys and wherefores of private companies handling commercial waste is perhaps beyond our understanding...but I find the shambles at Morrisons, and it's poor supervision and cleanliness unforgivable.
