| Somebody who won the contract to run the recycling bank and didn't want to manage it? Hope there are penalties ... Many people use these banks correctly and find it very useful to off load the recycling inbetween collections. I suppose there is always the general waste. I used the Homebase centre at least once a week until it was made impossible for Homebase to operate it alongside their own business. When the skips were removed Hounslow still did not come and clear out all the hedgerow of rubbish, remove the rat run containers which were only there because of the debris dumped, and wash down the area. The metal poles for notices are still in situ and one notice may still be there. I hope that Hounslow cleans and clears up behind them this time especially as this is a food supermarket. Where can I go to deposit extra plastic, electrical items cardboard etc when Morrisons closes? Does anyone know? |
