| They invariably miss so many chances to increase their recycling rates and inform the public, don't they? You really couldn't be much more minimal other than not putting any message there at all! Here is a place that people who want to recycle bring their waste to - why not engage with them better! It has to be less onerous than going door to door which is very successful (the rates always seem to go up afterwards) despite the fact that so many people are out at work all day. They also need to use graphics. |
