| Something could be done in Ferry Quays along the lines of community use but the management companies there have no interest in what happens to the estate. They are collecting over and above 100% of Ferry Quays services charges budget every year to ensure that all the commercial units are killed. They do not have hell in cat chance because commercials costs are double/ triple because they do not get a single service in return. Commercials have to pay business tax as well for a no service what so ever. Commercials have to pay themselves on the top of the above two for rubbish/ re-cycling collection, pest control, water, electric/ gas plus all other business related costs. |
