| Quite agree, I think all those who push these sorts of developments through should be responsible for the consequences and names publically and more to the point held to account as to why they broker such poor deals with developers. The whole system needs changing as these firms are noting better than speculative wide boys out to make a fast buck and the do con councils. It's often not just the ward councillors but councillors from the far end of the borough who vote these things through. Some of whome have never been to Brentford. That's why I think the idea of breaking this borough up and re aligning parts of 3 western boroughs is a good one because L B Hounslow is failing in far to many ways to far too many different areas. Far too many fingers in the pie for that to ever happen though. |
