Yes, there isn't large footfall in the area and people were lured to the area with lots of gimmicks. But main problem is that freeholder or managing companies and directors are not interested in the estate's survival. The marina was given planning after number of attempts for visitor boat mooring but now there is new planning application to change the mooring to permanant boat mooring. And just imagine what that will do in middle of the development, where people bought flats for the view!! Ferry Quays service charges are the highest in the area. Everyone invested their life savings for the right reasons and created jobs. |
