| At the centre of all this discussion is a small business and small local employer, somebody who has sunk their savings and soul into their new venture. It sounds as if there is no negotiating with the leaseholders as there will be more profit from the small print in the contract instead of flexibility. My heart goes out to you Satvir, if it is your business you are talking about. |
