I cannot disagree with what you are saying Chris or you Tracie. We have so many Estate Agents on the High Street all looking for fairly non existent business now. One wonders how long they will survive. The economy is slowly tanking with the last budget and its all well building thousands of Flats but if there are no jobs there be no buyers. Unless of course the Chinese and other overseas investors still come.
