Ha, what nonsense! Reduced traffic on Swyncombe equals increased traffic on Windmill road and Boston Manor Road. By your twisted logic, that means pedestrian injuries will likely be increased on those roads. How many pedestrians have been injured on Swyncombe in, say, the past 10 years? Of course injuries go down if you stop vehicles using them, though cyclists can, and do cause injury but seem exempt from blame. Like all your efforts you choose the big numbers to support your specious claims without actually looking at specifics. And what a howler! The people in Swyncombe were overwhelmingly in favour. So you agree with the majority there, but ignore the majority of residents who oppose the LTN restrictions on their roads. So you either listen to a majority or you don’t, depending on your cognitive bias. Just a big, fat, liar! |
