| Well, they belong to strange clubs and only really listen to other members of those clubs, be they Labour, Tory or LibDem. It’s not conducive to good policy making or sensible decision making. Sadiq Khan is clearly lying about his involvement in the ULEZ expansion consultation. No ‘decision maker’ pushing a particular idea waits until getting a ‘final report’ to make a decision. He will have had conversations with his deputy mayors and communications chief throughout the consultation period, even if those discussions were off the record. If he really wasn’t kept up to speed then he really shouldn’t be in charge. It seems to be a common thing with Khan. As for Lambert, he seems to have disappeared from this forum. Perhaps he got locked in one of his curry houses. |
